Pharmacy Technician

Overview : Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician, where you will assist the pharmacist in providing exceptional service and care to patients while adhering to state and federal regulations.

• Customer Engagement : Welcome customers and patients with a friendly demeanor, offer assistance with products and services, and effectively resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Operational Support : Help manage pharmacy systems by entering accurate patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and addressing any potential interactions.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager and pharmacists to maintain a smooth workflow and assist with training other pharmacy staff when needed.
• Error Reporting : Promptly report any prescription errors and follow all policies related to quality improvement.
• Inventory Management : Involve yourself in ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals, maintaining an organized and stocked pharmacy area.
