Descripción del trabajoProvide skilled nursing care with a focus on G-tube management, including feeding, flushing, and monitoring for complications. Administer prescribed medications via G-tube and monitor patient response. Assess, record, and report changes in the patients condition to the supervising RN and physician. Perform basic nursing care including vital signs, hygiene support, and infection prevention. Educate patient / family on G-tube care, safety, and ongoing health needs. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Previous experience with G-tube care and home health nursing preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient safety. Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct in-home care for a patient requiring G-tube management. You will be providing care to one and only one patient. The LPN / LVN will be responsible for daily monitoring, medication administration, and ensuring safe and proper G-tube use, while maintaining a high standard of patient comfort and dignity.12HRS SHIFT AND 2 TO 3 DAYS A WEEK AND FROM 7AM to 7PM .
