We are currently recruiting for a full time Tax Manager for our Reading, PA office (corporate headquarters).
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple engagements and provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance recommendations to clients
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for HNW Individuals, C-corps, S-corps, Partnerships, Estates, Trusts, and NFP's
- Manage team members and review work products for accuracy, completeness, budgets, etc.
- Work closely with internal managers and partners to maintain and grow client relationships
- Mentor and coach various levels of tax staff
- Resolve technical tax issues; respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities
- Ensure client deliverables are met within expectations and set deadlines
- Introduce additional firm services based on identified client needs
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceActive CPA License5+ years of current or recent public accounting tax experienceDemonstrated knowledge of IRS and other tax authority regulations and standardsAbility to manage multiple projects / tasks on a timely basisAdept at meeting challenging client requirements and deadlinesExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as employee management skillsDetail focused and driven to achieve high standardsProficient in utilizing tax software and overall computer skillsWhy Join Us?
