🕒 Schedule : Daytime Hours - Full-Time

One Vision is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care and coordinate health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities :

Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and organizational protocols

Collaborate with HCBS teams to ensure individuals' safety and well-being

Train staff on medical procedures and medication administration

Monitor and document health conditions and treatments

Advocate for individuals' health needs in a person-centered manner

Qualifications :

Current Iowa LPN (Required)

1 year of nursing experience preferred

Experience working with individuals with disabilities (Preferred)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Basic computer proficiency

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule :

Full-Time - Daytime hours

Flexibility required to support training or care needs as needed
