A company is looking for a Therapist III. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting Make independent treatment and level of care decisions, managing own schedule and referrals Complete patient assessments, plan therapeutic interventions, and coordinate treatment processes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent licensure required Completion of state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions or de-escalation techniques within three months of hire, as applicable Good working knowledge of computers and ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations
