Restaurant Sous Chef Requirements & Responsibilities :

  • 5+ years of upscale Full-Service Restaurant Sous Chef experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Mentoring and teaching others techniques
  • Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values
  • Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
  • Must be passionate about food and executing consistency at a high-volume
  • Basic understanding of labor controls
  • Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
  • Open to working days, nights, and weekends
