Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, managing financial reporting and compliance

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, overseeing performance management and career development

Execute the monthly close process and ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred

3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager

2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus

Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
