As an Elite Samurai, you’re more than a cook—you’re a shift leader. You’ll take responsibility for food quality, team coordination, and opening and closing duties. We’re looking for people who thrive under pressure and bring positivity and structure to the team.

What You'll Do :

• Cook food to spec across all prep and line stations
• Lead the kitchen during open or close, using checklists and task management
• Train and mentor new team members
• Maintain food quality and line pace
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness throughout the shift
• Represent Balance inside and outside of work as a Brand Advocate

Schedule & Pay :

Full-time with open availability required

Starting at $17.50 / hr (based on your current training and availability)
