Manage and oversee large, complex new client transitions to managed services

Lead a team to develop project plans and deliver integrated solutions for transitions

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage customer relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field

12+ years of related experience in project management or operations management

Detailed expertise in implementing one or more managed services

Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio

Experience in presenting and meeting facilitation
