What Youll Do
- Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions
- Tackle projects from concept sketches to final construction plans
- Design and develop civil site plans, grading, stormwater systems, erosion control, and utility layouts
- Navigate permitting and coordinate with planning boards, municipalities, and utility providers
- Write and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local ordinances and manage approval processes
- Support construction with estimating, scheduling, and field coordination
- Contribute to a positive team culture with project managers, engineers, and designers
- Perform site visits, inspections, and field reports as needed
What You Bring
Strong communication skills written and verbal with a knack for explaining technical details clearlyExperience working with both public and private clientsFamiliarity with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and stormwater modeling toolsA solid understanding of land development workflows and regulatory landscapesA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to quality and deadlinesRequirements
Education / Experience
