CPA Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and implement accounting policies and internal controls

Identify automation opportunities in accounting processes and support the CFO in preparing for future growth

Required Qualifications

6-10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and high-growth SaaS environments

Strong technical accounting skills, including revenue recognition and purchase accounting

Hands-on experience leading or supporting audit processes

Proven ability to build processes, implement controls, and improve systems

Comfortable in a hands-on role while also leading and mentoring a small team
