The Contract Manager is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of a broad range of customers including Oncology, GPOs, Health Systems, Individual Providers, and the Kaiser Staff Model. This role manages performance-based rebate and pricing programs across Sanofi's Oncology and Established Products portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate contract execution, pricing updates, eligibility, tier management, and rebate adjudication in alignment with contractual terms.
The Contract Manager develops and delivers monthly / quarterly performance reporting to Account teams, supporting data-driven contracting decisions and customer engagement. The position requires a deep understanding of complex Oncology contract strategies, market dynamics, and product portfolios, including support for new Oncology product launches.
This role works closely with cross-functional partners including Contract Development, Account Teams, Legal, Pricing, Access Strategy, Trade, and Digital, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across contracting processes.
The role includes functional oversight of Oncology Contract Operations resources, SOX compliance, pricing action management, price protection assessments, and management reporting (financial and KPIs).
