JOB DESCRIPTION :

Led a strategic cross POD cross domain initiative acting as a liaison between Business Testing and Technology across encompassing Advisory Financial Planning FA Products Capital Markets SORs System of Records

The ideal candidate will lead end to end UAT efforts ensuring data integrity system compatibility and operational readiness across wealth management platforms This role demands deep expertise in data quality NSCCDTCC file formats cloud technologies and the wealth management domain

Lead a team to Validate data quality across multiple systems ensuring accurate mapping transformation and reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy tailored to financial services applications ensuring alignment with regulatory and security standards

Coordinate testing efforts across 20 scrum teams promoting consistency and efficiency in test planning execution and reporting

Establish governance for defect tracking release readiness and quality metrics reporting

Develop End to End Test Strategy for multiple work streams

Excellent at juggling risks proactively working a mitigation strategy

Navigate through the conflicting priorities of Prod DevQE

Prepare realistic project Plan based on multiple road maps

Champion CICD and shift left testing practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading test strategy for large scale agile programs in the financial services domain

Deep understanding of financial systems compliance requirements eg SOX PCIDSS and risk based testing

Hands on experience with automation tools eg Selenium test management platforms eg qTest JIRA and CICD pipelines eg Github Actions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills"
