Job Description
Extension is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in Oak Creek, WI .
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 3-4 quality techs in daily job duties.
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Cross functional interactions with various departments to identify quality trends and make recommendations to improve product performance.
- Investigate and adjust customer concerns regarding quality.
