A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide technical support and customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Address daily support inquiries from clients and team members

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and log the status of bugs and requests

Document solutions and contribute to the team's knowledge base

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a technical and / or customer service role

Understanding of various operating systems and personal electronics

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

College degree or equivalent professional experience / training

Experience with systems like Salesforce, JIRA, and Google Apps
