We currently have an exciting opportunity for Digital Marketing & PR Manager in Richfield, OH.

Our client is Korean global top tire Manufacturer and they are looking for experienced Digital Marketing and PR Manager based in their Richfield office. The Digital Marketing and PR Manager is accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals through developing and

executing the Digital Marketing Plan and PR activities in line with sales and marketing objectives.

The client will provide relocation package for the right candidate.

The role :

  • Lead Digital marketing & PR strategy development to accomplish

defined business objectives throughout product categories

  • Build, manage, and optimize the company website to increase online

    • traffic.

  • Conduct social media marketing on different platforms
  • Create and manage a PR plan, including monthly PR release target,

    • timelines, and analysis

  • Develop and implement PR strategies for the companys products,

    • services, events, and etc.

  • Work with Korea HQ and domestic agencies to create a content

    • calendar

  • Closely work with product team, sales team, and other marketing

    • colleagues to coordinate marketing campaigns under consistent

    message of product and company

  • Increase brand presence through excellence in digital marketing and

    • PR strategy under the master strategy of Integrated marketing

    strategy

  • Assist in set up of Brand Marketing strategy with Marketing director

    • and Marketing VP

  • Prepare the monthly Marketing Events & Partnership Report
  • Ad hoc marketing reports for the CEO North America, President at HQ
  • Budget Management & Invoice for digital marketing and PR activities

    • Qualifications :

  • Five plus years Tire or Automotive Car Industry Marketing experience
  • Five plus years managing trade marketing
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Management or related

    • field

  • Proven leadership skills and goal oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Tire Industry and dealer / distributor channels
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior Marketing position
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office

    • Applications especially Excel and Power Point, etc.

  • Proactive problem solver with positive mindset and creative

    • flexibility

  • Ability to understand online metrics and analytics, and communicate

    • ROI

  • Strong organizational skills in multi-national working environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop sales presentations, position statements,

    • messages, and other sales collateral

  • Ability to effectively manage a budget
  • Ability to travel as required (Up to 50% and some weekends)
