A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative I (CX Rep I).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls regarding account and billing inquiries
Provide Tier I technical troubleshooting and support for basic connectivity issues
Document customer interactions and update records within the system
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Florida or Texas
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
Two years of related experience in a call center environment preferred
Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
