Aerodyn Engineering is hiring a skilled EDM Machinist to support our growing aerospace and high-performance machining operations in Indianapolis, IN . In this hands-on role, you’ll work with exotic materials and complex components using Mitsubishi EDM machines in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Whether you're looking for 1st shift, 2nd shift, or an alternative flexible schedule — we have options to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Wire EDM machining centers (Mitsubishi controls)
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, GD&T , and customer specifications
• Machine high-performance alloys such as Inconel, Hastelloy, 17-4 stainless , and others
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to inspect parts
• Maintain tight tolerances (down to 0.0001") on complex components
• Collaborate with engineers and CNC programmers to meet customer deadlines
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
