Experience Required

• Driving organizational performance improvement and high reliability by collaborating with hospital leaders to implement the organizations quality and patient safety plan
• Maintenance and organization of patient safety and clinical quality data collection
• Coordinate the process of monitoring measuring and assessment of patient care and support systems to achieve high quality safe cost effective care.
• Work collaboratively with organizational leaders to minimize risks and embed best clinical practices.
• Oversees concurrent regulatory readiness by providing review assessment and instruction when needed.
• Provide support when needed to Infection Prevention and Employee Health
• Support the Stroke Quality Program
