Digital Designer (Freelance / Ongoing Contract)

Department : Performance Marketing

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Schedule : On-site 4 days per week

Pay Rate : $30–$40 / hr

About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Digital Designer to join a performance-driven brand in the beauty, fashion, or wellness space. You’ll focus on digital execution across paid ads, email, SMS, and web. The role will be a blend of creative ideation and bringing concepts to life with precision and speed.

What You’ll Do

  • Design digital assets for paid media, email, SMS, and web campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure visual alignment
  • Translate briefs into designs that perform and engage
  • Support campaign launches and product promotions
  • Stay current on digital trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of digital design experience within beauty, fashion, wellness, or DTC brands
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
  • Open to freelance or long-term contract work
