We are seeking an experienced licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our integrated facilities management team for our client portfolio.

What this job involves :

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a comprehensive electrical program across multiple sites including data centers laboratories manufacturing plants and general office space. This position will be servicing multiple locations in the MetroWest area across several different buildings.

Location : Franklin & Hopkinton (MA)

Schedule : On-site Monday-Friday 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM w / rotating on-call schedule for afterhours emergencies

Reporting to : Engineering Manager

Estimated Compensation : $40.87 - $45.67 an hour paid bi-weekly the range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A job offer will vary based on applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location internal equity and alignment with market data

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Manage electrical systems in data centers labs manufacturing facilities and general building requests Oversee and coordinate with vendors for maintenance of :
• Generators
• UPS systems
• Substations
• Electrical panels
• Develop and manage a comprehensive electrical program including :
• Arc flash studies
• Infrared scanning
• Preventive maintenance schedules
• Respond to and resolve electrical inquiries and issues across all facilities
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal electrical codes and regulations - Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute electrical projects
• Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency situations
• Work with different business units on requests Assisting and providing data with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) audits as required
• Physical Requirements :
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Capable of standing walking and climbing for extended periods
