Business Development Manager

Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary + commission
Benefits: Group Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, 401k, PTO

Position Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager highly driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to support nationwide growth. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional with strong industry relationships and a proven ability to open doors, build partnerships, and drive revenue in targeted markets. This full-time, in-person position (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)


Qualifications of the Business Development Manager :

  • Proven experience in business development or sales with industry exposure to Hotels, Universities, or Senior Living.
  • GPO Experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently in a travel-intensive role.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and participate in training and onboarding in New York.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Drive nationwide business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within Hotels, Universities, or Senior Living sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and during onboarding/training in New York.
