We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for our dynamic construction company. This role goes beyond transactional processing-it's about shaping the future of payroll through innovation, compliance, and integration with broader business initiatives including M&A activity. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in payroll systems (preferably Oracle), construction industry experience, and a visionary mindset to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
This position oversees a team of 10 , including two direct reports , and plays a key role in mentoring and developing talent while aligning payroll operations with the company's long-term goals.
