About The Position

Specialty accepted : FNP, PA, or MD

Start date or shifts : ASAP – 3+ months

Daily schedule : Monday 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.; Tuesday 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.; Wednesday 8 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m.; Thursday 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.; Friday 8 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m.; no nights, weekends, or call

Practice setting : Corporate Health Clinic

Types of procedures : Occupational and worker’s comp evaluations, physicals, preventive, acute, and chronic care visits; prescribing and dispensing medications; EKG interpretation; ability to run a code

Number of patients : 12–15 per day

Ages : 2+

Additional information : Full support staff onsite; occ health experience a plus; dispensing license, BLS, ACLS, and EKG interpretation required; Florida license and DEA required; credentialing within 1 week; no travel or lodging provided
