Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laser Doffer to support our metal manufacturing operations.
  • The Laser Doffer is responsible for removing finished metal sheets or parts from the laser cutting machines, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth workflow between production stages.
  • This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on the production floor.

Responsibilities :

  • Safely remove cut metal parts and sheets from laser cutting machines.
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy according to specifications.
  • Organize and label finished products for the next process.
  • Load and unload materials using hoists, forklifts, or pallet jacks as needed.
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
  • Report any defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all company safety rules and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist laser operators or production staff when required to maintain workflow.

    • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in metal manufacturing or laser operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
