A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate and optimize agile processes across software project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and optimize agile processes for cross-functional software project teams
Guide teams in delivering high-quality work and drive continuous improvement
Promote agile best practices to ensure project transparency and accountability
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in a related field
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, A-CSM, or equivalent certification
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
Proficiency in agile planning and development tools, such as Jira or Confluence
