RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

Salary : $200000$300000 / year

Location-Specific Incentives :

$15000 sign-on bonus

$7500 relocation stipend

Key Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centered team with strong clinical judgment

Deliver high-quality ethical dental care to all patients

Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions

Present and discuss treatment plan options with patients

Provide efficient high-quality clinical treatments

Manage budget awareness and partner with Operations to meet financial goals

Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members

Stay current through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
