This 13-week assignment offers the potential for a temp-to-hire transition and provides a rewarding chance to work with a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to exceptional outes.

Position Details :

  • Setting : LTAC Hospital
  • Location : Louisville, KY
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Duration : 13 weeks (potential for temp-to-hire)
  • Schedule : Day shifts with occasional weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities :

  • Verify and manage medication orders with accuracy and care
  • Lead and supervise a team of pharmacy technicians
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize therapy
  • Monitor pharmacokinetics to ensure safe, effective medication management
  • Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards to support patient well-being

    • Who Were Looking For :

  • Kentucky Pharmacist License (required)
  • Prior experience in an inpatient setting is a plus
  • Excellent munication and teamwork skills
