UX Researcher

Job Title : UX Researcher

Duration : 05 months w / possible extension

Location : San Diego, CA & Fort Mill, SC

Responsibilities :

• Develop research plans, workflows, user task analysis, personas, journey / experience maps, process flows, and service blueprints.
• Lead in user research through every stage of the product lifecycle, planning and running usability studies, analyzing data, conducting heuristic evaluations, facilitating and moderating workshops, and performing low to high fidelity usability tests.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and negotiate trade-offs between business goals, technical challenges, and customer experience.
• Coordinate and take direction from the lead researcher to the assigned area of focus.
