Descripción del trabajoStock, organize, and deliver materials to production lines in a Just-in-Time (JIT) environment Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided!) Perform cycle counts, inventory updates, and receive incoming shipments Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized work areas Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines for material rotation Record and track all material movements using our ERP system Perform pre-shift inspections and safety checks High School Diploma or GED required Forklift certification preferred 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience preferred Excellent time management and teamwork skills Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet 68 hours / day Strong attention to detail youll be responsible for accuracy in inventory and shipments Union shop = stability, representation, and long-term benefits Be part of an established, fast-paced manufacturing team Learn and grow with training and advancement opportunities Job security with a company committed to quality, safety, and employee success Hands-on work that keeps you moving and makes a real impact every day
