CT / Radiologic Technologist Job Details

Assignment Type : Travel healthcare job

End Date : March 23, 2026

Duration : 14 weeks

Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,870 - $2,950

Hours per Week : 40

Shift : 4x10-hour day shifts (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)

Call Requirements : 1 late call / week (5 : 30p-7 : 30p), 1 call shift / week (5 : 30p-7 : 00a), 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule (Friday 5 : 30p - Monday 7 : 00a)

Setting : Cath Lab, Level 1 Trauma Center

Qualifications for CT / Radiologic Technologist

Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (Level 1 Trauma experience preferred)

Active Kentucky State Radiology License (KBMIRT) or Compact License (must be obtained before start; pending license accepted at submission)

ARRT (R) certification required

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required

PALS required before start (not needed at submission)

Successful completion of EKG onboarding exam

Experience with Epic EHR and McKesson systems required

Preferred : Experience with Philips Single and Bi Plane Angiography equipment

Ability to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed

1 reference from a charge nurse or supervisor required at submission

COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted

No licensure hits accepted

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures, including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and pacemaker insertion

Monitor and interpret EKGs and hemodynamic data during procedures

Maintain sterile field and assist with room circulation and scrubbing as needed

Provide care for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients

Utilize Epic EHR and McKesson for accurate charting and clinical documentation

Participate in call rotation and respond to emergent cases as scheduled

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Adhere to hospital policies, compliance, and safety standards
