The Little Gyms of Dallas are looking for folks that want to be developed as leaders. A leader in the gym teaching children as well as in a team environment. Base pay range

$15.00 / hr - $19.00 / hr

This range is provided by The Little Gym International. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Our parallel bars are high and so are our standards. We will train you how to answer customer questions and inquiries so that you are successful in navigating relationships and conversations.
• Participate in managing customer service quality in addition to keeping our business practices top notch to ensure every experience exceeds expectation.
• You'll participate in training and evaluating the team to keep everyone at the top of their game to help us maintain our bragging rights as #1 Children's Fitness Franchise.
• Learn the daily business operations and be the go-to for customers and / or team members.
• Have a learning mindset. We want to help you develop skills in leadership, communication and problem-solving to be successful here and anywhere else you want to go.
• You are open to rotating work days — we're on a mission to have a key person in place throughout the week. This means having a rotating schedule with other leaders on our team and learning everything about The Little Gym from how to teach a class, how to develop trainees, to how to enroll a new family.
