Join our dedicated team in the Cornea & Uveitis clinic, where we're committed to providing exceptional patient care and supporting our providers with efficient, compassionate service. We're looking for a Clinic Supervisor who enjoys leading others, improving processes, and helping create a positive, team-oriented environment. Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, the Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and provide leadership across key areas :

• Leadership : Hire, train, schedule, and supervise clinical and administrative staff. Motivate staff, encourage teamwork, provide mentorship.
• Office & Material Management : Manage provider schedules and ensure smooth coordination of clinical and administrative workflows.
• Financial Management : Coordinate financial activities of the practice, purchase supplies, oversee billing issues.
• Front Office Support : Supervise patient scheduling, surgical clearances, patient counseling, verify insurance, and ensure a positive patient experience.

Salary Range : $31.51-62.64 Hourly
