What You'll Do : Electronic Payment Specialists provide multi-channel product support to Royal Credit Union team members and Members for all Royal's card products, check processing and electronic transactions. Also responsible for the processing of daily manual payroll, transaction adjustments, and reviewing / maintaining reports while providing the highest level of service to internal and external members. Possess knowledge to answer questions, use logical reasoning to research and solve problems and perform transactions.

High School Diploma or EquivalentOne (1) year Customer Service ExperienceMust be bondable upon hireKnowledge, Skills and Competencies :
Accounting & Compliance : Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulatory requirements for electronic payments and negative share accounts.Customer Service & Communication : Strong sense of customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support Members and team members.Organization & Time Management : Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment under multiple deadlines and changing priorities.Analytical & Problem-Solving : Analytical and critical thinking skills to research, solve problems, and make decisions regarding complex daily work; effective problem-solving skills to identify, research, propose, and execute resolutions.Technical Proficiency & Independence : Readily learns new technologies and uses Royal's digital solutions; works independently on assigned tasks within a team environment with meticulous attention to detail.We'd Love To See :
Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business ManagementExperience working in a financial institution or related experienceWork Schedule :
Full-Time, hourly working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm Monday through Friday, with additional hours as neededTraining :
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9 : 00am - 4 : 30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.Ready to make a positive impact?
