They are a fast moving, high performing HVAC supply company located in Knoxville, TN. They rely on a high-performance sales team to drive company growth. They offer HVAC filters and v-belts to Mechanical Contractors, Schools, Universities, Hospitals and large commercial buildings across the Southeast. They have a people first mindset knowing that an incredibly strong team leads to a happy and loyal customer base.

Purpose of role :

Work alongside a Business Development team members to maintain and grow existing customers. Also, to assist with setting appointments and optimizing time in front of customers / prospects while Business Development team is travelling. We are looking for a HIGHLY motivated person who will maintain happy customers and seek out new business opportunities.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Prime focus is to generate new business but will also work with existing clients when needed
  • Closing sales with new customers
  • Setting up appointments for outside sales team

Qualifications and skills :

  • Inside Sales, 2+ years preferred
  • Client-focused solutions mindset proven track record working with customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Willingness to make outbound calls to customers / prospects
  • Ability to work in a dynamic business environment, organize, prioritize, and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • People-oriented
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Proactive in problem solving
