Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician

Oncologist in beautiful Northern AZ - On the edge of the Gorgeous Grand Canyon

Location : Tuba City, Coconino County, North Central AZ, approximately 1 hour to Flagstaff, Page and the Grand Canyon Setting : Clinical Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing until a permanent provider is hired (will consider Locums to Perm) Coverage : Monday-Thursday, 8a-6p (leaves three days / week to explore this beautiful land); No Call Requirements :

• Any active, unrestricted license from any U.S. state, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
• Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology
• 3 years experience
• Clean DEA & NPDB / Malpractice (no current suits, unresolved cases, or large payouts in the past 7 years)
• Willing to make a minimum 3 month commitment
• Bone Marrow Biopsies
• Proof of Covid vaccinations and other immunizations / tests
