The Senior Acquisition Specialist leads the development and execution of complex acquisition packages, manages procurement strategies, and serves as a subject matter expert on Federal acquisition policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead development of complete Acquisition Requirement Packages including PWS, QASPs, IGCEs, and J&As.
• Coordinate and support Source Selection Evaluation Boards (SSEBs).
• Provide subject matter expertise on contract type selection, evaluation criteria, and milestone planning.
• Oversee acquisition planning efforts and ensure timely submission to the contracting office.
• Advise stakeholders on acquisition risk, compliance, and process improvement.
• Maintain audit readiness and quality assurance across acquisition documentation.

Qualifications :

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated compensation range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels.
