Descripción del trabajoConduct cold calls and manage outbound sales calls. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally. Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and payments. Provide information about insurance products and services. Perform administrative tasks as needed. Maintain excellent communication and follow-through with clients. Demonstrate strong leadership and time management abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changes. Previous sales experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Word) and other computer applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Must obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within the first 3 weeks of employment (limited to two attempts). Successful completion of a background check with the Georgia Department of Insurance. Hourly Pay During Training : $15 / hour during the licensing Bootcamp. After successfully passing the state exam and completing Binding Authority courses. Earn a base salary plus commission ($30-85K) Reimbursement : Half the cost of the ExamFX Licensing course and insurance license fees will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the 90-day probation period.
