Descripción del trabajoBase salary with uncapped commissions; typical training salary is $55k - $65k. First-year total compensation typically ranges from $55k - $75k, with potential for top performers to earn over $100k. Through a combination of base, bonuses, and commissions, earnings may increase with renewal commissions and performance. Comprehensive benefits from day one, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and additional programs. Preferred experience in sales where prospects are turned into customers. State insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty and Life. Effective written and oral communication, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships with customers. Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
Overview
Multi-Carrier Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions). Hybrid role based in Westminster, CO with in-office requirements (3 days in the office).
Responsibilities
- Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community to drive sales for Auto, Home, Life, and related insurance products from top national and regional carriers.
- Follow company processes to generate leads, present coverage options, and close new policies while providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with sales support and participate in training and mentorship programs to pursue career goals.
