Descripción del trabajoEmployee of Samaritan Medical Center, a 290 bed not-for-profit hospital located in Watertown, New York Non-cardiac position, with focus predominantly on thoracic surgery New system is a robotic bronchoscopy system which combines navigational technology with a new robotic bronchoscope platform that allows for continues live camera during deployment of various tools which has previously not been possible, along with robotic micro movement control Work within the same office with an un-opposed well-established group of five Board Certified Pulmonary / Critical Care Physicians Medical Staff greater than 190 physicians; offering solid referral base Catchment population : 250,000 New Xi da Vinci Robotics Surgical System Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery System Large network of providers offers a strong referral base Very appreciative patient population making for a rewarding career Well-established lung cancer screening program Hospital based newly constructed comprehensive cancer center, Fall 2018 Teaching opportunities with accredited ACGME / AOA Family Medicine & Internal Medicine Board Certification Thoracic Surgery Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Appreciation for Patient Centered Care Ability to work within Team Twenty-nine (29) days paid time off Health insurance, individual or family, 80% paid Occurrence medical liability insurance; $1.3 Million each / $3.9 million aggregate 401k and 403b financial planning option; Employer pension plan contribution NYS medical license and DEA registration paid
Package Highlights :
- $665,000 Annual Base Salary, plus WRVU Incentive Program - 4-year Contract
