ParadigmWorks Group, Inc. [PWG] is seeking a Center Director to manage Hartford Job Corps Center, a federally funded, residential educational program serving at-risk youth ages 16-24.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree with at least five years in program management and direction and experience working with youth.
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Salary range :

  • $102,000-$105,000 Responsibilities include : Plan, implement, and administer programs and activities necessary to meet DOL, PWG, and Center goals and objectives.
  • Strategize and develop best practices to achieve and maintain optimal student enrollment, trade and academic achievement, graduation rates, and job placement.
  • Ensure rigorous academic standards are adhered to and trade programs are relevant and realistic for today's job market.
  • Ensure a supportive environment for all staff, encouraging innovative teaching methods, sound counseling and wellness initiatives, and positive residential and recreational programming to realize a fully integrated student-centric environment.
  • Maintain operational integrity.
  • Manage the Center's budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, community colleges, and social and religious organizations to gain support and resources for Hartford Job Corps students.
