As a Security Officer - Retail Unarmed Patrol in Kapolei, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the premises, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license and adherence to Allied Universal's driver policy. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
