Kiewit Nuclear Solutions (KNS) is looking for a Document Control Coordinator to assist with the organization and maintenance of company documentation. While prior document control experience is a plus, it is not requiredthis is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into the role.

Location

This position is based out of our Lenexa, KS office. It requires being on site in an office setting, daily. Occasional travel may be required to support or train field teams.

Responsibilities

Support the document control team in managing records and documentation.

Assist with document formatting, tracking, and distribution.

Maintain accurate logs and filing systems.

Help ensure documents are properly stored and accessible.

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to learn and adapt to document control systems.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to keep up with fast-paced atmosphere and understanding of how to prioritize work based on business needs.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Nuclear Information Manager.

Regular, reliable attendance.

Work productively and meet deadlines timely.

Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.

Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

May work at various different locations and conditions may vary.
