We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Developer

to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and expanding our business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with our current clients, and driving growth for Ameritex Movers.

Job Description : As a

Business Developer

, your primary responsibility will be to generate business and to build relationships by visiting properties and promoting Ameritex Movers' full range of moving solutions to our clients. You will actively pursue opportunities and expand the company's customer base by utilizing your expertise in networking and relationship building. You will represent Ameritex Movers to our clients, emphasizing our value proposition and ensuring our services meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Property Outreach :

Visit properties to educate property managers, leasing agents and other business partners on Amertiex's full range of moving solutions

  • Lead Generation :
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through networking events and industry connections.

  • Relationship Building :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at businesses, real estate companies, property managers, and other potential partners.

  • Business Development Goals :
  • Set and achieve property visit targets and goals to help the company expand its reach and profitability.

  • Attend Trade Shows :
  • Occasionally represent Ameritex Movers at trade shows and industry events to network, promote our services, and establish connections with potential clients.

  • Networking Events :
  • Actively participate in networking events to build and strengthen relationships with industry leaders, potential clients, and partners.

  • Reporting :
  • Track and report progress on property visits and routes to senior management

    Qualifications :

    Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the moving, logistics, or service industry).

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

    Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Smart Moving, or similar) is a plus.

    Experience with ALN, Smart Apartment Data or similar platform

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
