• $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS

1st $1,000.00 : after 30 days of employment

2nd $1,000.00 : after 6 months of employment

Essential Duties :

Schedule : Monday-Friday (6 : 15a - 2 : 45p) with two rotating Saturdays out of four (7 : 15a - 10 : 00a)

Start Date : ASAP

Work Locations : 310 W. Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60654

Pay Rate : $30.00

Experience and Skills

Education and / or Experience : One yearexperience in Behavioral Health Care or hospital setting. Individual must possess good communication skills. General basic nursing and medical terminology knowledge. Must have knowledge of substance abuse pathology. Must have knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required
