The Opportunity - Director, Associate General Counsel - Digital Media Strategic Partnerships

Adobe is in search of an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Adobe Global Partner Legal team as Director. This opportunity presents an outstanding chance to provide exceptional legal expertise to our innovative digital media products, including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and more. What You'll Do

• Report to the Senior Director, Adobe Global Partner Legal team.
• Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of agreements, including technology licenses, content acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and vendor agreements.
• Evaluate and successfully implement continuous improvements for standard terms, templates, and legal processes.
• Cultivate knowledge in our Digital Media solutions to offer support and counsel for the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud family of products, including Firefly and generative AI solutions through inbound and outbound strategic partnerships.
• Keep abreast of the rapidly changing industry and legal landscape.
• Build positive relationships and advise multiple levels of management on legal issues.

What You Need to Succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $196,700 – $354,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
