Job Description

The Product Development Associate I is involved in assisting with the planning, conducting and analyzing experiments leading to validation of diagnostic tests in the field of oncology. The PD Associate works in a team and needs to communicate relevant information to professional colleagues and to participate constructively in discussions that will impact the performance of the final product.

  • Position is onsite in Irvine, CA. The schedule is Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm
  • Bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of experience working in research & development or Master's degree with 0 to 3 years’ experience.
  • Experience in PCR, sequencing, microbiology or clinical laboratory work is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of quality systems and quality systems regulations a plus.
  • Hiring range : $20.80 - $24.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
