What You'll Do :

Deliver excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any irregularities.

Interact with visitors and staff in a courteous manner, assisting with questions and providing directions as needed within the cultural institution setting.

Document and communicate security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Primarily driving post is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
