What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide technical support to Sophos customers, focusing on quality and satisfaction for network products
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting via remote sessions to resolve installation and configuration issues
  • Handle technical escalations within team response and resolution targets
  • Provide feedback to improve technical support procedures and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in weekend and on-call shifts on a rotational basis
  • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field, including roles as a Systems / Network Administrator or technical support
  • Proficiency with security products such as firewalls, IPSec, IDS / IPS, and VPNs
  • Experience with Linux operating systems at the command line level
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (or any LDAP variant) group policy configuration and deployment
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience with cloud virtualization platforms such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively guide customers through issue resolution
