Customer Relationship Associate

A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to join their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct regular client meetings, including presentations and business reviews

Review client dashboards for usability and generate insights on model results

Document call notes in Salesforce and manage action items with clients

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the insurance industry, preferably health insurance

Highly organized with the ability to meet time-sensitive objectives

Proficient in PowerPoint and experienced in creating professional presentations

CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce, is strongly preferred

Experience with SaaS products is a plus
